When looking for good deals most folks want to find dropped bids, that is bids that are lower than the amount that is owed.

Our drop bid report does give you those.

But there are also opening bids that are not lower than the amoyunt owed, but are still a good deal, as the loan itself was not too big.

To see these, just search upcoming trustee sales and then sort by the opening bid.  You will see drop bids, but also you will see opening bids.  This is just another way your research can pay off.
